When the lightening crashes our Max supplies the bolt!

Whether it be the opening of a letter, a stationary basketball, the moving of a chair or the ever so slight steps of Fe-Fi-Fo-Fum Bob--- our little Max shoots for cover under the nearest possible stronghold!

Tonight... sheer terror took hold on our little pup! With the first sounds of a passing thunderstorm... Max quickly found his safe harbor between the wall and the entertainment center! There would be no consoling him- he remained affix until the passing of the storm! I guess all dogs have thier idiosyncrasies...some just have more than others!

Oh- here's a little extra...

Fe-Fi-Fo Bob found a little wet puddle on his acension to the upstairs- along with a nice pile of the pup's polluted-pleasures! Thus he broke out in...

Fe-Fi-Fo-Fum I smell the pooh of a rodant-like pup. Be he cowering or be he slinking I'll rub his nose in that pile he left stinking!

(Okay so Fe-Fi Bob is really not that cruel- I made up the poem for added affect...but it's not altogether unfathomable)!

Poor, poor Max! My heart goes out to him. I love Uncle Bob's newest nickname, though. Aunt Char

When the lightening crashes our Max supplies the bolt - that is really very clever! It is just the greatest play on words - perfect, very creative and intelligent! Aunt Char

I thought I would write to clarify, that Max isn't alone in leaving little piles or puddles around in the house. Our SKITZO dog dose it all the time, so I don't know, it is a weirdo dog trait, or is it just a dog thing? I still hate cats though

That dog needs anxiety meds. That brain of his is a little overactive.

Oh the joy of having a dog!! Rebeka can attest to my dog trials. At least Maxi just hides. Our old dog crawled under MY bed and barked ALL night when it stormed. Charming dog he was. Loo

Ohh Loo, you have no clue. Mergs watches a dog named Cappucino. One night I had the "privilege" of having cappucino on my bed. Her snores alone would've given grampa Martin(b/4 his sleep machine) a run for his money. Well if I thought snores were all my probs, I had another thing coming, At hourly intervals, she would have to hack up a hair-ball and then chew on it for a few minutes after she finally got the naster into her mouth. Oh and then there was the occasional bark at nothing and then waking me waking me up from my nap at 5:00 AM so she could go poop. At she only had to be in my room once.

just survived a trip home from Church. Just to clarify b/4 I begin, Jeffers MN is the real windy city, trust me I have never gone there and not been blown away. After my fam and I finally got done chattin it up with the good old acquaintances, we drove home, and we didn't make it past the first town when a storm struck with such fury, we had to pull to the side of the road for 20 minutes, cause honestly the road was not visible with the torrent of H2O that was gushing from heaven. The wind was increadible as well, I felt the car move up and down several times. Rebeka said "When lightening crashes our Max supplies the bolt!" well I guess you could also say "When this storm struck Maria and Mom provided us with several bolts(in the car, none the less)". We are all safe and sound now. Oh and so you all know, I didn't panic once, I was intrigued and delighted by the whole thing.
