yellowstone/tetons

Here are some pictures from our two most recent trips
to Yellowstone and the Tetons. I thought I could woo
Rebeka and the ladies into visiting by showing the
beautiful mountains. Now I'm working on the outdoorsmen
with pictures of some big game! Now, those two elk in the
river fought for 21 minutes! We have video footage of it,
too!

Wow melanie...I don't know if you are wooing the ladies or not, but Jeff is loving the beauty of it all! I think he could live there just fine! who knows...maybe we'll retire there someday...i'm thinking Florida is out...too many hurricanes, and california is always on fire or sliding into the ocean,so maybe Montana is a great retirement location! Of course we are NO WHERE NEAR retirement age!!!

I am in a dilemma, I can't decide which animal is more beautiful Mel or the Moose, huh, tough decision. I am still in awe over the metamorphasis Melanie has undergone in 2 years, she went from city girl chic, to Pillsbury approved dining hall hag, and now is a hick with a honey. Wow! what a digression, but I wouldn't have it any other way. The Lord is so good to her.

Oh yeah, thanks uncle steve, for all those moves you've taught me. I don't know what I'd do without them!
Actually, I don't think I'd ever seen a fight as long as 21 minutes in my whole life (not even when I lived with you, usd) :o) So watching the elk go at it was just fascinating. Actually, a park ranger said that was the longest he had heard of elk fighting, at least since he's been there.
Oh, ralph, I wish you had not told me of Mr McGregor killing off those sweet little bunnies!
Yes, bozeman is a great retirement community. When you get quite old, I'll take care of you at Birchwood assisted living! (that's where I work now)!

Well I must say that I have never seen usd and agd(aunt ginny deneui) go at it for 20 minutes in a physical fight. However if usd beats agd in a game of rook, oh my word! the question is, do we ever hear the end of it? Melanie, why the distress at Mr. McGreggor's killing of the bunnies? I say the fewer rodents in the world the better, they're distructive.

PS even if there was a fight with usd and agd, Mel was never there to see it, she only went to their house to sleep.

Well, you have definately enticed me! I most definately have to go out for a visit! Perhaps in the Spring! Beautiful pictures!!

James- I agree... I'm in quite the ponderment about which animal is more stunning! I guess I'll have to side with Mel-Bell though! (there's just something so strikingly beautiful about that girl!!)

Something to make you go hmmmmm?...

Who took the pictures of Rick and Mel? Was it the moose or the big horn sheep?

One does wonder - it couldn't have been the elk, as busy as they were for 21 minutes!
