Freedom after finals

At 32 degrees farenheit water turns into FREEDOM!

The end of our first semester had finally come, and we all celebrated by playing in the snow for hours... SO what exactly do you get when you combine a ton of snow, 4 computer , 1 mechanical, 1 geological, and 1 bio-medical engineering majors? Well, we are freshman...so dont expecet too much outta us...haha
SO here it is our magnificant snow cave...it has 3 entrances!
entance 1

entances 2 and 3

Heres me and my friends packed inside our little cave!

Oh how we love snow!

All in all it was an excellent semester with a fabulous ending :-)

Looks like more fun than NYC! Although, I guess you can't compare apples and oranges.

So you do actually get snow up there! After seeing that snow meter (with snowless ground around it) for the last month, it was good to see that they may acually use it.
Thanks for posting Melissa. We are so glad you had a great first semester.

Hey Melissa,

Love the pictures of all of the snow and you all. Keep them coming when you get back but while home, have a great time. Congratulations on the great first semester.

How is your brother doing? Your help is much appreciated I am sure.

Luke is doing much better! He should be able to start skating the Monday after New Years day. He just has to get back his stamina then he'll be good to go.
He definitely has his appetite back!

Melissa, it appears you are having way to much fun. Now hit the books next semester, become a hermit, and study! Or just don't.

I, too, was wondering if Melissa is the only girl in the picture.

Judging by the looks of this picture, we all know the "real" reason why the first semester was so great.

Just for the record....the ratio of guys to girls in the freshman class is 7 to 1. That is why you see Melissa with 5 or 6 other guys. To date, she has made only one good girlfriend...that being her roommate, Kristen. All her other friends are guys! I said to her, "Why are you the only girl in the group"? She said, " Every group of guys are lucky to get 1 or 2 girls in their group. I go to a nerd school of engineers, what can ya expect"?

....Oh and by the way, amongst her romping around in the snow and flirting with the guys, she did find time to study and get very good grades her 1st semester.

Hey Jeff! Did you see Grants comment to you under your 'Sincerely Humbled' poem?
