It's officially now "Sara in the City"!!!

God is good and blessed me with this 3 bedroom, 2 bath twin in Philadelphia.
It's a very old, but well maintained home. It has lots of character. There's an original stain glass window in the living room, beautiful hardwood floors downstairs, arched doorways, high ceilings, a nice backyard, and a little porch in the front. And, best of all, I'm only about 5 minutes away from Jim & Char!!
My new address:
312 Gilham Street
Philadelphia, PA 19111

We're so excited about Sara's purchase, especially that she'll be so close. We must have a house-warming.
Jim made my birthday special with 2 dozen roses and dinner at my favorite - Moonstruck.

Grant please forgive me AGAIN! HAPPY BIRTHDAY to a great brother in law! Didn't mean to "dis" you
Sara, we are so excited to have you as near neighbors. I helped the previous owners move out yesterday, so the house is ready for you! This house has had a lot of TLC over its lifetime (and lots of good memories.)
Happy belated birthday, Grant! Hope Jill made it extra special.
SARA! I haven't talked to you in such a long time. Your house looks beautiful. Stain glass even...man that is incredible...that stuff is gorgeous. This year in school has been crazy...I tell ya that GSE stuff is the only thing (other than God) getting me through ;-) I'm gunna drop out and come live with you ok? Ok so I'm joking, but it would be really cool.
josh, the real question is, are you giving back the tv?
C0NGRATULATIONS ON OWNING YOUR OWN LITTLE HACIENDA. HOPE YOU HAVE WONDERFUL NEIGHBORS. IT'S REALLY CUTE. IT'S SO GOOD TO SEE YOU PUTTING DOWN ROOTS AND MATURING. KEEP AFTER THE BOOKS. YOU'LL NEVER REGRET THE ACCOMPPLISHMENTS AND EXPERIENCE YOU ARE GETTING. HANG IN THERE! we love you and are praying for you every day.
